summary - What has happened so far.
October 2010:
rent or buying houses, that decision is not easy - we have nevertheless taken - house building!
... not even now 4 months later we are already property owners :-)
We have looked at some prefabricated houses in various exhibitions and are ultimately stuck in after the factory tour in Frankenberg, with finger house.
The decision was to a medley of 200 with winter garden and geothermal heating.
The delivery date for our finger house is scheduled for October / November 2011.
Our architects conversation took place in early December.
within 4 hours were implemented all the ideas and visited the property on the ground.
In the run we had a lot of thought to the room layout.
The model house in Bad Vilbel Flair had dropped us right away, we wanted the plans to take over despite the veschiedenen external dimensions of the houses, almost completely. After presenting the protocol we were planning but now agree that we plan for the EC but not ideal appears, we have it altered because of this (similar to Grundiss in the model house in Frankenberg) and in addition taken the HWR-cultivation including carport. The outline of the DG (similar to the atmosphere) has implemented our architect, Mr. B. super.
Since last week, now is the financing dry (at our bank) in towels, puhhh lucky, the conditions (including in KFW) are rising steadily on.
Currently, there are some discrepancies regarding the cost of geothermal heating, here we are on the solution proposed by House fingers stretched.
